I’m a screenwriter, producer, and creative director who writes character-driven stories that place Black voices at the center of bold, unexpected worlds. A University of Virginia graduate, I got my start writing jokes for Wild N’Out before developing and producing content for MTV, VH1, Comedy Central, Jax Media, and Debmar Mercury. My work has been recognized by Script Pipeline, ScreenCraft, Shore Scripts, Atlanta Film Festival, Coverfly, The Red List, Outstanding Screenplays, and Launch Pad.
At 6’7’’, I see the world a little differently — and my goal is to help audiences do the same.

“The vivid, immersive atmosphere and intricacy found in shows like Boardwalk Empire are met in equal measure, in this pilot, with the rich period texture and political complexity of Gangs of New York. The prose is exceptionally written, employing evocative visuals. The narrative possibilities are endless. The script serves as a near impeccable writing sample and evidence of a storyteller with a distinct voice and valuable narrative skillset.”
— The Black List
“This piece is insanely rich in so many aspects, especially in terms of world, characters, dialogue, and tension. I felt instantly drawn into the world dealing with the White Hands and Black Hands. The pacing is absolutely perfect; it was a gorgeous progression brimming tension throughout. A gripping piece and written so well.
